Shipping
- We currently only ship within the United States, but will be expanding shortly.
- We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2-5 working days.
- Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.
Returns/Refunds
- All items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges for different sizes are not available.
- If the wrong size is sent, we will send the correct size and cover all costs. This must be requested within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, exchanges are not possible.
- We cannot return or exchange items if the wrong item was selected accidentally.
- Exchanges are only accepted if the product was damaged upon arrival or the wrong item was received. Damage or defect exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, exchanges are not possible.
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot control it.
- If an item is returned or refused by the customer, we are not liable for the shipping cost to reship the order. We will re-ship the order once the shipping cost is paid.
- If an incorrect delivery address is entered, it is unlikely we can change it. If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, we may or may not receive the package back from the carrier. If we do not receive it back, we are not responsible for replacement. If we do receive it back, we can reship to the correct address at the customer's expense.
